Gwinnett — Duluth

A word from Nick & Danielle

Walking into a church for the first time can feel a little strange, especially if you don’t know anyone yet. So when you arrive, grab a coffee, take your time, and don’t feel like you need to have anything figured out before coming through the doors.

Our heart is simple. We love Jesus, we love people, and we care deeply about building strong, whole lives where faith is real in the everyday things. You’ll meet people from all different walks of life, but what connects our church family is that people are genuine, grounded, and actually want to grow.

Whether you’ve followed Jesus for years or you’re still figuring out what you believe, there’s room for you here. We’d genuinely love to meet you.

Your first Sunday

What to expect at Gwinnett.

Our campus is made up of people from all different walks of life, backgrounds, and seasons of life, but what brings us together is simple; we want Jesus to be real in our everyday lives. We’re not interested in just attending church or going through motions. We want to grow in faith, know God deeply, and learn how to walk with Him in a real and practical way. When people walk into our campus, we want them to feel welcomed, seen, and like they don’t have to pretend. We’re a family that genuinely cares for one another, walks through life together, and makes room for people to grow. Whether someone has followed Jesus for years or they’re just beginning to ask questions about faith, there’s a place for them here. You’ll find passionate worship, honest conversations, strong biblical teaching, and a community that believes God still changes lives. We love seeing adults, young families, young adults, youth, and kids growing together and becoming real disciples of Jesus Christ, not just on Sundays, but in everyday life.

We’re a multicultural church family where adults, young families, young adults, youth, and kids are learning to love God, love people, grow in faith, and become real disciples of Christ together.

Sunday at Gwinnett

Only at Gwinnett

  • There’s a groundedness to our campus that people notice pretty quickly. People genuinely talk, stay after service, know each other’s names, and build real friendships outside of Sundays. A lot of the people who call Futures Gwinnett home are business owners, professionals, families, leaders, and hardworking people carrying real responsibility in everyday life, but there’s very little pretending here. What you see is what you get.
  • Our church family is multicultural, down-to-earth, driven, generous, and deeply relational. People love Jesus, care about family, work hard, and want faith to actually mean something beyond a Sunday service. There’s a maturity to the culture here, but also a warmth that makes it easy for new people to settle in quickly.
  • And honestly, people hang around. For as long as they can after the service finishes, the lobby’s still full, kids are still playing, coffee’s still being poured, and conversations are still happening. It feels lived in, not rushed.

Kids · Gwinnett

Bring the kids. They'll love it.

Kids Church at Futures Gwinnett feels more like people caring for your kids than a program they disappear into for an hour. From check-in to pick-up, parents are greeted by leaders who remember names, notice people, and genuinely enjoy being around children. It’s safe, organized, full of energy, and built to help kids love coming to church. Each age group has its own environment during every service, with worship, teaching, games, conversation, and plenty of fun along the way. But more than keeping kids entertained, we care about helping them build a real and lasting faith in Jesus from a young age. A lot of parents tell us the same thing after a few weeks: their kids wake up excited for church before they do.

Youth at this campus

Youth

Youth at Futures Gwinnett is full of energy, friendships, laughter, worship, and a lot of life happening on Wednesday nights. But underneath all of that, there’s real connection. Our leaders genuinely know the young people here and care about what’s happening in their world outside of church too; school, pressure, friendships, questions, family, faith, and all the things teenagers are trying to navigate right now. It’s become a place where young people can relax, be themselves, build solid friendships, ask honest questions, and grow in their faith without feeling like they need to pretend.

Sisterhood at Futures Gwinnett is a space where women from all different backgrounds and seasons of life come together to build genuine friendships, grow in their relationship with God, and encourage one another through real life. There’s a lot of laughter, honesty, conversation, worship, and support in the room, but there’s also purpose behind it. Sisterhood carries a heart for women to become healthy, grounded, confident, and strong in who God created them to be, while also loving and serving people well beyond the church walls.

People don’t need to pretend they have everything figured out before they walk in. It’s become a place where young adults can build strong friendships, grow in faith, stay grounded, and be around people who genuinely want to grow together.

Midweek prayer

Every Saturday from 8:30-9:30am, people gather to pray before the weekend begins. We pray for people, families, our city, and what God is doing in and through the church. It’s simple, grounded, and important to our church family. Then once a quarter, the whole church gathers for All In Prayer on the last Saturday of the quarter as every generation comes together to seek God as one church family.

First-time hosts at this campus

First-time hosts

From the moment someone pulls into the parking lot, there are people there to help them feel comfortable and know where to go. First-time hosts help families get kids checked in, answer questions, walk people into the auditorium, and make the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. We never want people standing around feeling awkward or unsure. Most people are greeted with a smile, a conversation, and probably an invitation to grab a coffee before service begins.

Led by
Maurice & Rochelle
Follow-up
After someone visits, we'll send a simple text during the week thanking them for coming and checking how they felt about their experience. Nothing pushy or overdone. Sometimes it leads to a coffee, another conversation on Sunday, or helping someone get connected a little more. More than anything, we want people to feel genuinely seen, welcomed, and cared about beyond one service.

New to church?

A lot of people walk into Futures Gwinnett still figuring out faith, church, or what they believe about God, so we try to make the whole experience feel approachable and easy to step into. Right now, most of those conversations happen naturally through Sunday services, Connect Groups, coffees, and relationships rather than through a formal class. We’ve found people often grow best when they feel genuinely known, comfortable asking questions, and connected to real people first.

Just said yes to Jesus?

When someone decides to follow Jesus at Futures Gwinnett, we don’t want them trying to figure everything out alone. Growth usually happens through real relationships, Sunday services, Connect Groups, prayer, conversations, and walking alongside people who are further along in their faith. We care about helping people build strong foundations, understand Scripture, grow in prayer, and learn how to follow Jesus in everyday life in a real and grounded way.

Foundations
Throughout the year we run Foundational Classes like; How to Hear the Voice of God, and This Is Christianity to help people build strong foundations in their faith and grow in their relationship with Jesus. These classes are practical, relational, and designed to help people understand Scripture, prayer, identity, and what it looks like to follow Jesus in everyday life.

From Nick & Danielle

Nick and Danielle’s story began on opposite sides of the world, Nick in Zimbabwe and Danielle in Australia, yet both were shaped by resilience and leadership. Over 24 years of marriage, they have built a life across Zimbabwe, the UK, Australia, and now Atlanta, raising Evan and Caitlin through seasons of transition, challenge, growth, and faith. Before ministry, both carried strong entrepreneurial and leadership backgrounds. Nick worked across business and corporate leadership internationally, while Danielle built businesses, led with wisdom and strength, and created environments where people could thrive. Together, they discovered faith was never meant only for church walls, but for everyday life: marriage, parenting, pressure, disappointment, relationships, business, and success. Their passion is helping people become whole, building healthy marriages and families, emotional health, spiritual maturity, integrity, and lives grounded in Jesus. They help people encounter freedom and truly live free, loving deeply, living honestly, taking responsibility, and following Christ authentically in everyday life. People often describe them as genuine, approachable and relational. The culture they lead reflects authenticity, family, loyalty, growth, and a real relationship with Jesus. Through every nation and season, one truth has remained constant: the faithfulness of God. Today, their heart is simple: helping people live Christ-centered lives where faith becomes real beyond Sunday
