Care that's within reach.
Medicare
From 1 November 2025, our clinic expanded bulk billing in line with national Medicare changes — making GP care more affordable for more people. If you hold a valid Medicare card, your visits may be fully bulk billed with no out-of-pocket cost, depending on the type of consult. Our team checks eligibility at each visit, so you don't need to do anything extra. Some services — including procedures and consumables — may still carry a private fee or gap. We will always let you know upfront. Medicare rebates are available for certain services under a Mental Health Care Plan or a Chronic Disease Management Plan (formerly known as an Enhanced Primary Health Care Plan). A GP can issue either plan, and you will need one in place before your first appointment to claim the rebate. Please note you cannot claim Medicare and private health benefits for the same service at the same time.
NDIS
Futures Wellness Clinic works with plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. Our pricing is in line with the NDIS price guide.
Private Health
Some private health funds offer rebates for a number of the services we provide. Rebates vary depending on your level of cover, so it's worth checking directly with your fund to find out what you're entitled to.
