Hi! What should we call you?

Just so the team knows who’s editing what. First name is fine.

Two short paragraphs. What's the heart of your campus? What kind of family are you?

Service times exactly how you'd say them. If you have multiple, list them all.

Aim for 50+, not 8. Real people, real moments, real joy. Don't pre-curate. We want every option in front of us — our AI photo editor reads each one against the family's shared standard and picks the best for your page. The rest stay in your campus archive. What we want: laughter, kids absorbed in what they're doing, cross-generational moments, worship hands raised, two friends hugging in the lobby. The vibe is "I could see myself there." What we don't want: posed lineups, empty room shots, photos where everyone looks tired or bored. The AI will skip those automatically — but skip them at upload too if you can. SHOTS THAT COMPLETE YOUR PAGE — please make sure your batch includes at least one of each. These are the moments that most often go missing, and an empty one leaves a gap on your page: · A BAPTISM — someone in the water, the moment itself. · KIDS IN ACTION — children absorbed in what they're doing, not posed. · A WELCOME / LOBBY moment — people connecting in the foyer, coffee, 'New here?' warmth. · A YOUTH moment — actual teenagers (13–19), not a wide crowd. · A PRAYER moment — hands on shoulders, someone praying for someone. · A WORSHIP-TEAM shot — the band/singers leading from the stage. · A SMALL GROUP — 3–5 people close enough to read every face. · A CROSS-GENERATIONAL moment — old and young in the same frame (the strongest 'I belong here' signal). If one of these genuinely doesn't exist yet at your campus, that's fine — but if it does, get it in, or that card stays blank. CAPTION EVERY PHOTO — THIS IS NEW AND IT MATTERS. The single biggest thing experts told us would lift this site is caption-as-name-and-moment on every photograph. The pattern is: · 'Jed / Paradise campus' · 'Sarah & Mike / Sunday baptism, Gwinnett' · 'Lisa with her grandkids / Adelaide City, Easter' Format: 'Who's in frame / Where + the moment.' Not generic ('worship,' 'kids ministry'). Specific. Personal. A name where you have one. This is what makes the site feel like a family album instead of a stock library. Mel Joubert is the final reviewer on captions — she walks every photo across the site after launch and tunes the wording. But the closer YOUR captions are to the standard, the less re-work for her, and the faster your campus page lands its real personality. The general pool is for anything that fits the vibe. Below it, five dedicated slots — Youth, Worship, bU Women, Connect Groups, Specialised — give your ministry photos a clearer home so the page renderer can find them faster.

The faces of your campus — names, roles, and their story. Write their bios here; upload their portrait and your campus hero shot in the Photos section (two dedicated slots at the top).

Make it easy for someone visiting for the first time.

The places people can find you online and the email a real human will reply to.

Anything that helps someone with a disability, a kid, or a first-timer feel safe walking in.

Parents need to know their kids are safe, loved, and having a great time.

Connect Groups are where someone goes from visitor to family. List every active Connect Group in your campus. For each, we'll ask the leader's name, when and where it meets, who it's for, and a photo of the leader (and the group together, if you have one).

One of the first things a new person asks is “how can I help?” Tell us how someone gets involved and serves at your campus.

Friday nights, deep questions, and friends who actually show up. Tell us about yours.

Real women. Real rooms. No mask required.

18–30s who haven't given up on the dream.

When you gather mid-week to pray for your city.

How often you baptize, and how a new believer signs up.

Who leads worship at your campus, and how someone joins.

If someone walks in for the first time on Sunday, who walks them in?

Many visitors haven't been to church before. What do you offer them?

The pathway from 'I just decided to follow Jesus' to 'I'm growing.'

This is the very first thing a visitor near you sees. When someone's phone places them close to your campus, the homepage opens on YOUR face and YOUR words — before anything else on the whole site. It's the digital version of greeting someone at the door. Write it yourself, in your own voice; it replaces the placeholder we've put in for you and goes live for everyone near you.

Every campus has something. What's yours? Be honest, be specific, be proud.

Stories, dreams, prayer points, things to be careful about, things to celebrate. This is your space.

Put a bold banner at the top of your campus page for one event at a time — a conference, special Sunday, baptism day, anything you want every visitor to notice. It disappears automatically on the end date.
